We recently hosted our kid's birthday party at Playcious, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff took complete control of the setup and organization. It was such a relief to actually sit back, chat with other parents, and enjoy the party instead of running around managing everything. The kids had an absolute blast running through the multi-level jungle gym and driving the bumper cars. The facility was clean, safe, and kept everyone fully entertained the entire time. The party room service was seamless—the staff helped distribute the pizza and cake efficiently. If you are looking for a fun, energetic, and completely stress-free venue for a kid's birthday, I highly recommend Playcious!

We recently had a birthday party here and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly and cooperative, and we really liked the changes and upgrades they’ve made to the facility. Our guests were impressed as well, and everyone enjoyed the space.

The playground is clean, well organized and nicely maintained. We opted for the bigger party room, which does cost extra as part of the package, but it was spacious and worked really well for our group.

Overall, the setup was great and the party went very smoothly. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for kids’ birthday parties!

We went there on Thursday. The centre is spacious and games are new. We visited quite a lot of indoor playgrounds. This one is the best so far. I want to say thanks to Emmy. She is nice to kids and makes sure they are safe.

I had such a great experience booking my daughter’s birthday party with Iram! She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made everything very clear and easy to understand. She took the time to explain the different options, answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident with my booking. Her customer service was wonderful, and I really appreciated how smooth she made the whole process. Thank you, Iram! We’re looking forward to celebrating! 💕

The kids enjoyed their time here. Kim was amazing. Just note that they recently renovated and there is no more trampoline. However they had a really fun interactive digital game.

We’ve been coming to Playlicious Vaughan location for a few years now, we were introduced initially by a birthday invitation. It was such a great hit, we had to make this a routine go to for play dates, indoor fun for the kids etc. I wanted to point out that everytime we come no matter who attends to us at check in reception, to the cafe, and to the team members working the floor: EVERYONE IS SO NICE AND FRIENDLY! Today we were greeted by SAIRA at reception and she was super friendly and accommodating, we were celebrating my daughter’s 3rd birthday and she wanted to make sure she had a smile and went over and beyond with making her feel extra special , Adeel on the floor may seem shy and timid but he’s very attentive and observant. Adeel welcomed my 2 kids in for the bumper cars, and assured me that my daughter being 3yrs old would find the bumper cars easy to navigate. She initially had some trouble navigating (being her first time) but Adeel didn’t give up. He encouraged my daughter to move the joystick controller forward by taking the time to show her and allowing her to attempt on her own numerous times before proceeding with the thumbs up good to go safety checks etc. When Adeel was not attending to the attractions he kept himself busy with maintenance and always with a smile. The entire team are very accommodating and very friendly and inviting. I have not been to the other locations but definitely would be open to comparing because the team here today and everyday, make the difference. Thanks again SAIRA and ADEEL!

Playcious Vaughan is an amazing place for families! There is so much for kids to do that it's impossible for them to get bored. We got the 2h silver pass. From the indoor go-kart track and bumper cars to the wall climbing, massive play structure, ball pit, and arcade games where kids can earn points for prizes, there's something for every age.

The facility is clean, well-maintained, and organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything feels safe, and it's clear they put a lot of effort into creating a great experience for families. There are also plenty of comfortable places for parents to sit while the kids play. There's a small concessions area with decent options.

Whether you're visiting for a fun afternoon or celebrating a birthday, Playcious Vaughan is an excellent choice. My kids and their friends had an incredible time. One of the better indoor playgrounds in Vaughan.
