Refund Policy
Please read Playcious Refund Policy carefully.
All purchases / event bookings are location specific and not interchangeable. Play passes / tickets, monthly passes, gift cards and party reservations are valid only at the location they are purchased from.
Play Passes / Tickets, Monthly Passes & Gift Cards
We do not issue refunds for general admission play passes / tickets, monthly passes, and gift cards once they have been purchased, downloaded, and printed either at the facility or online. All purchases are FINAL.
Additional attractions and arcade packages are NON-REFUNDABLE. Arcade credits do not expire, while Playcious Attraction Packages and Bundles are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
All Grip Socks purchases are FINAL.
Party Bookings / Field Trips Refund Policy
Bookings for parties / field trips are made by advanced reservations ONLY. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation for 2-Hour parties and Field Trips. A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required for 4-Hour Deluxe parties. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required for all categories of private / corporate parties.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. In case of cancellation, following rules will be applicable:
- The deposit for a party cancelled 8 Calendar DAYS prior to the party date, due to emergencies or conflicts, can be used either i) to reschedule a new party ONLY one-time on any date (depending upon the availability of party rooms for your desired day and time) within a year from the original party date, or ii) to get a Playcious Gift Card with a value equal to the deposit amount. The amount on the Playcious Gift Card can be used for party booking, purchasing play passes, arcade credits or ordering food / drinks at Playcious Café.
- The deposit for a party cancelled within 5-7 Calendar DAYS of its actual party date will NOT be refunded in any shape or form. However, only 50% of the actual deposit fee can be refunded in the form of a Playcious Gift Card if the party is canceled due to sickness and you are not willing to reschedule it.
- Cancellation made within 4 Calendar Days of your party date will be subjected to FULL payment of the remaining party balance.
Party add-ons Refund Policy
The following policy is applicable to party add-ons, excluding attractions and arcade packages:
- The food related (catering and cake / cupcakes) add-ons are not finalized until their FULL payment is made in advance.
- In case of cancellation of a party with add-ons before 8 DAYS of the party’s due date, payment for all add-ons will be fully refunded.
- However, if a party is cancelled within 7 DAYS of its hosting date, the food add-ons (including cakes and cupcakes) will be refunded in the form of prepared food and cakes/cupcakes for which you have already paid.

If you allow us, we have everything you need to make your day go as smoothly as possible, enjoyable, and unforgettable! We are here to engage the children in your party in a day of fun and celebration and make it a day they will always remember.
