We absolutely loved our experience at this indoor playground! It’s very clean, well-maintained, and the kids had an amazing time. ❤️ The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. A special thank you to Iram, who was especially wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We’ll definitely be coming back! I had such a great experience booking my daughter’s birthday party with Iram! She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made everything very clear and easy to understand. She took the time to explain the different options, answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident with my booking. I visited placed recently , it’s very cool , modern with bumper cars , wall climbing , carding , toddler area and place got older kids . They also have great selection of snacks , coffee and food, staff is very polite and helpful. Especially I want to note Nadia. We’ve been coming to Playlicious Vaughan location for a few years now, we were introduced initially by a birthday invitation. It was such a great hit, we had to make this a routine go to for play dates, indoor fun for the kids etc. I wanted to point out that everytime we come no matter who attends to us at check in reception, to the cafe, and to the team members working the floor: EVERYONE IS SO NICE AND FRIENDLY! Today we were greeted by SAIRA at reception and she was super friendly and accommodating, we were celebrating my daughter’s 3rd birthday and she wanted to make sure she had a smile and went over and beyond with making her feel extra special , Adeel on the floor may seem shy and timid but he’s very attentive and observant. Adeel welcomed my 2 kids in for the bumper cars, and assured me that my daughter being 3yrs old would find the bumper cars easy to navigate. She initially had some trouble navigating (being her first time) but Adeel didn’t give up. He encouraged my daughter to move the joystick controller forward by taking the time to show her and allowing her to attempt on her own numerous times before proceeding with the thumbs up good to go safety checks etc. When Adeel was not attending to the attractions he kept himself busy with maintenance and always with a smile. The entire team are very accommodating and very friendly and inviting. Playcious Vaughan is an amazing place for families! There is so much for kids to do that it's impossible for them to get bored. We got the 2h silver pass. From the indoor go-kart track and bumper cars to the wall climbing, massive play structure, ball pit, and arcade games where kids can earn points for prizes, there's something for every age. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything feels safe, and it's clear they put a lot of effort into creating a great experience for families. There are also plenty of comfortable places for parents to sit while the kids play. There's a small concessions area with decent options. Whether you're visiting for a fun afternoon or celebrating a birthday, Playcious Vaughan is an excellent choice. Playcious Vaughan has been amazing for my daughter’s parties. I hosted her birthday party with them last year (2025) and I’m booking again this year because the experience was truly excellent. The staff are professional, friendly, and very supportive throughout the whole process. I always book with Iram, who is incredibly organized and helpful with planning and setup. And Nazia is absolutely wonderful, she is so kind, patient, and great with kids. My daughter loves her. The team made everything easy for me, and the kids had an amazing time. I had my daughter’s 6th Birthday Party at Playcious Vaughan and hands down this is the best decision I’ve ever made. This is one of the best indoor playgrounds I’ve ever been to. This is so spacious and has so much fun rides and plays for the kids. For the parents it is a one stop shop, name it from decoration, birthday cake and catering. They took care of everything for me. The indoor playground who has the best staff members. My Party Planner was Ashley and my Party Host was Silvana. They made my experience so memorable and all the guests couldn’t stop praising about the entire party and the way it was executed. No matter how many times I’ve called Ashley she always took all my phone calls with a smile and accommodated all my last minute add ons. My Party Host Silvana is the best  I’ve ever had as she precisely executed all my instructions, everything was on time and she was present throughout the entire event. Not only them, the entire staffs like Saira, Eram to name a few were so friendly and so professional and they were so accommodative to make this a great success.
