Refund Policy
Please read Playcious Refund Policy carefully.
All purchases/event bookings are location-specific and not interchangeable. Play passes / tickets, loyalty cards, gift cards, and party reservations are valid only at the location they are purchased from.
Play Passes / Tickets, Loyalty Cards & Gift Cards
We do not issue refunds for general admission play passes / tickets, loyalty cards, and gift cards once they have been purchased, downloaded, and printed either at the facility or online. All purchases are FINAL.
Additional attractions and arcade packages are NON-REFUNDABLE. Arcade credits do not expire, while Playcious Attraction Packages and Bundles are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
All Grip Socks and regular socks purchases are FINAL.
Party Bookings / Field Trips Refund Policy
Bookings for parties / field trips are made by advanced reservations ONLY. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation for 2-Hour Basic Parties and Field Trips. A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required for 3-Hour Prime Parties. A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required for 4-Hour Deluxe Parties. A $800 non-refundable deposit is required for all categories of private / corporate parties.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. In case of cancellation, following rules will be applicable:
Basic, Prime & Deluxe Parties – Refund Policy
- The deposit amount for a party cancelled 8 Calendar DAYS prior to the party date, due to emergencies or conflicts, is kept in the STORE VALUE under your account. The Store Value will be valid for one year from the day of cancellation. It can be used either i) to reschedule a new party ONLY one-time on any date (depending upon the availability of party rooms for your desired day and time) within a year from the original party date, or ii) to get a Playcious Gift Card with a value equal to the deposit amount. The amount on the Playcious Gift Card can be used for party booking, purchasing play passes, arcade credits or ordering food / drinks at Playcious Café.
- The deposit for a party cancelled within 5-7 Calendar DAYS of its actual party date will NOT be refunded in any shape or form. However, only 50% of the actual deposit fee can be refunded in the form of a Playcious Gift Card if the party is canceled due to sickness of the birthday child/ren.
- In case a party cancellation is made within 4 Calendar Days of your party date, the following rules will be applicable: i) The party deposit will NOT be refunded in any shape or form; ii) A FULL payment of the remaining party balance will be taken from your credit card on file, or the balance amount will be demanded in case other ways of payment have been used.
Private / Exclusive / Corporate Parties – Refund Policy
A different refund policy is applicable to private, exclusive, and corporate parties / events because we have to block off the entire facility so that regular parties/events cannot be booked and walk-in customers for general play cannot purchase play passes online. Because of this reason, we may suffer a significant loss of revenue in case a private party/event is cancelled 2-3 weeks before the actual event. It is, therefore, the following refund policy will be applicable:
- The deposit amount for a private party cancelled 21 Calendar DAYS prior to the scheduled party date, due to emergencies or conflicts, is kept in the STORE VALUE under your account. The Store Value will be valid for one year from the day of cancellation. It can be used either i) to reschedule a new party ONLY one-time on any date (depending upon the availability of the facility for your desired day and time) within a year from the original party date, or ii) to get a Playcious Gift Card with a value equal to the deposit amount. The amount on the Playcious Gift Card can be used for party booking, purchasing play passes, arcade credits or ordering food / drinks at Playcious Café.
- The deposit for a party cancelled within 16-20 Calendar DAYS of its actual party date will NOT be refunded in any shape or form. However, only 50% of the actual deposit fee can be refunded in the form of a Playcious Gift Card if the party is canceled due to sickness of the birthday child/ren.
- In case a party cancellation is made within 15 Calendar Days of your party date, the following rules will be applicable: i) The party deposit will NOT be refunded in any shape or form; ii) A FULL payment of the remaining party balance will be taken from your credit card on file, or the balance amount will be demanded in case other ways of payment have been used.
Party add-ons Refund Policy
The following policy is applicable to party add-ons, excluding attractions and arcade packages that can be added anytime or refunded fully at anytime before the party day:
- Add-ons Finalization: The food related (catering and cake / cupcakes) add-ons are not finalized until their FULL payment is made in advance.
- Party Cancellation 8 Days or More: In case of cancellation of a party with add-ons before 8 DAYS of the party’s due date, payment for all add-ons will be fully refunded.
- Party Cancellation Within 7 Days: If a party is cancelled within 7 DAYS of its scheduled date, the following rules will apply:
- Food Add-ons: The food add-ons (including cakes and cupcakes) will be refunded in the form of prepared food and cakes/cupcakes for which you have already paid.
- Non-Food Add-ons: The payment for non-food related add-ons (partywares, wall decors, loot bags, balloons’ decoration and so on) will be refunded 50% in the form of a Playcious gift card or stored value.
- Add-ons Cancellation ONLY: In case a party goes ahead as per the schedule, but the add-ons need to be cancelled; the following policy will be applicable:
- Cancellation 8 Days or More: If add-ons are cancelled 8 days or more before the scheduled party day, payment for all add-ons will be either fully refunded or adjusted towards party balance.
- Cancellation Within 7 Days: If add-ons are cancelled within 7 days of the party day, the following policy will be applicable: i) Food Add-ons: The food add-ons (including cakes and cupcakes) will be refunded in the form of prepared food and cakes/cupcakes for which you have already paid; ii) Non-Food Add-ons: The amount paid for non-food related add-ons (partywares, wall decors, loot bags, balloon’ decoration and so on) will be refunded 50% in the form of a Playcious gift card or stored value.
